You reflect whats inside of you

We are all glass cups of water. Our water has the opportunity to be crystal clear, something that you would love to drink and be refreshed with if it was poured for you during a hot day. This crystal clear water is what is represented when you fill yourself with positivity. How you speak to yourself, your outlook on the visions and experiences you have, the kindness you give to others, ect., these all create the beauty of clear water that can be within your glass.

On the contrary, when you allow negative influences and poor self-talk into your life and mind, you add a little bit of dirt into your glass. This dirt in small bits is not the end of the world, sometimes not even noticeable to others. But when it is accumulated over time and your glass becomes mud, we have a big issue. However, the issue doesn't start until you have an inconvenience or problem arise in your life. When that day happens, mud will be flying.

As everyone knows and experiences, we all have problems that affect us in some way. I like to think that these shake us, or bump our glass of liquid. Well, when that glass is full, whatever is in that glass tends to spill out and has no choice but to spill and splatter onto anyone we are around. If you have done the work to keep your water clear, you have released nothing but positivity and good influence in spite of the problem in front of you. Because of that positivity that you are filled with, it allows you to be open minded and fluid with the problems in front of you. You can embrace the bump that made you spill. So much so that you don’t even look at them as problems anymore. You see right through them that they become nothing more than an inconvenience. When people around you get splashed with this clear water, they actually become quite attracted to the refreshing spill that you gave them. They get to see and feel first hand what positivity you brought to a situation that may not have been so delightful to deal with as you made it. They become inspired by your attitude. They want to be around you, they want to assist you, give you opportunity, enjoy life with you, and so much more.

In turn, if you are full of dirty and muddy water, and happen to spill…well lets just say no one around you is happy that they got mud on them. No one wants to be around the negativity and filth that you filled yourself with. So, they leave. They don’t want to help you. They are not attracted to you. They do not wish to give you an opportunity until you are cleaned up. This makes you feel horrible inside. Like you are hated and that the world hates you. But, in reality it was an internal problem that then caused these reactions from the people around you.

The only way to clean dirty water is from the inside-out. Nobody can help you clean from outside the glass. That work is done internally. Let the mud drain out and fill yourself with the encouraging language and positivity that people are so heavily attracted to. Not only does it spill into and encourage others, but your life becomes less stressful, at peace, and a bit more fun to live. You feel love and embrace from the world, a feeling unlike any other.

Fill yourself with the right thoughts and language spoken to yourself. Be calm and gentle with yourself.
