Take a walk
In this modern day, as we continue to go through new advancements of technology, research, scientific advancement, medicine and more. Our minds become cluttered, our stress peaks from work and life, we are in a constant rush to get from one place to another. We begin to overcomplicate how to free our minds, disconnect, and just be free for a moment in this crazy life.
When was the last time you left your phone, your worries and fears at home and just took a walk. Let the sunshine warm your skin, the breeze making you feel like you are weightless, and with each step becoming more and more connected to your true self. With walks come honesty, truth, peace, decision making, creativity, and much more. Breathe in what the universe has in store for you.
Whether you are being faced with a extremely difficult decision and looking for an answer or just trying to get some exercise, there will be something of reward given back to you at the end of your walk. No, its not magic. But, it sure does end up feeling like that when you look back after a 30 minute walk and have the most remarkable idea for a business, or sorted out your feelings toward something or someone in your life. It wasn’t until a recent time ago where I found the true power and healing that a walk can provide you with.
Walking has provided me with complete truthfulness to myself and allowed me to grow more and more spiritually with each step I take. I set my intentions on giving gratitude for the things in my life currently and for the visions of what my life will be in the future. I identify things about myself on walks that I was too blind to see with what I thought was ordinary things around me but were actually distractions pulling me away from who I really am and can be.
You must give yourself time to be with your thoughts. If you walk with someone special in your life, your relationship will only grow. Truth is what is delivered, hearts open up, new wisdom is born.
What will you discover on your next walk? What new truth will you uncover? Who will you get closer to?
Vola con me,
Dino
